3. Not for Emergencies
Docto.pk is not an emergency service. Our platform is designed for non-emergency medical consultations only. For life-threatening conditions including:
- Chest pain or difficulty breathing
- Severe bleeding or trauma
- Stroke symptoms
- Loss of consciousness
- Suicidal or homicidal thoughts
Please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Medical Disclaimer
While our healthcare providers strive to provide the best possible care, you understand and agree that:
- Telemedicine has limitations compared to in-person examinations
- Diagnoses and treatments are based on the information you provide
- You must disclose your complete medical history, allergies, and current medications
- Docto.pk cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment
