Swelling occured on my penis at near top, all skin got swelling, first allergy start at penis testimals and now swelling, near both eyes also swelling, how can i recover, last month i got incident by spiling of oil from transformer, on my Right arm, shoulder and head complete, all injuries recovered, but now swelling starts,
