Discussion About Indigestion, Nutrients deficiency

Patient: Male, 21 years
meri pilonidal sinus ki surgery hui thu laser, doctor na MUJHE 15 din ka lie Omeprazole (antacid ) broad spectrum antibiotic and Kuch din ka lie pain killers die thay sab Kuch smooth tha but medicine khanay ka bad Almost 1 week bad Muje indigestion start hogai
symptoms is ; gas , bloating, undigested food particles in stool and floaty semi formed stools
MY CT scan with iv is normal
cbc is also normal
Liver Sgpt (alt) normal
pancreas elastase 1 is normal
but i found b12 deficiency severe
i just feel like this issue to cz of Hypochlorhydria( low stomach acid) cz i have no sign of IBS or IBD i have normal 1 time bowel movement a day
