Discussion About Heart rate rapidly increased for short duration

So Today a strange thing occurred to me, as I was sitting on my chair doing work my heart rate rapidly increased and then after 4-5 seconds of time interval it went to normal as usual so is it a symptom for something or is it normal to occur? Also I’m a teenager so maybe for that age it shouldn’t occur?
