Since 2 weeks, I have persistently sound is coming in my ears what is the issue possible?

Since 10 days im taking augmentan antibiotic 625 mg twice a day
After this issue arises or due to this sound is coming, there is also little pain arises in my right ear and right side of my jaw teeth
Problem is the same, the sound is still coming with the pain
