Patient: Female, 32 years

I am long term user of marvelon for 3 years to control severe period pain and PMS. I developed 3 weeks ago attacks of severe palpitations and chills and BP of 140/98 and breathlessness and feel normal between attacks. 4 days after the palpitations attacks i developed severe sore throat and chills . All tests are normal. What to do next? Should marvelon be stopped?
