Hi i am 17 years old iam going to tell you every thing from start, i got blood in my stool 2 months back for almost 3 days and then stopped but after 1 month i got cobstipated and my stool shape and sizes are changing regularly, i have a little abominal pain that come and go and cramps , i got bloated every time i eat even a little amount of meal, i also feel very weak and anemia, i have excessive gas that smell really bad also my wounds take too long to heal , my tummy always make weird noises please tell me what disease i have
