Discussion About Heart beats

Patient: Female, 21 years

My heart doesn’t feel like is beating regularly. It feels like it beats a little bir stronger and faster. It also feels a little bit healthier but is not overwhelming or painful. I dont know since I started some new medications, (quetapine,buspirone and escitalopram)i dont know if those are what are causing this.I just started the buspiren and escitalopram and i take them all in different times of the day. I received a ecg and i dont know how to read it. Can someone help please?
