Discussion About Fatty Lever

Asking For:

Patient: Male, 45 years

I had history of HCV positive. I took 3 months treatment in 2021. Currently HCV is not dected in PCR HCV RNA test. But in ultrasound the lever is fatty and enlarged 17.8cm. I feel tired and weak. kindly adivise what to do now. LTF, RFT, Blood CP reports are also ok.
