I feel severe pain in my right scrotal side and a lump (a very hard mass which is painful even on a mere touching),, I feel severe pain when I stand and sit but it approximately disappears when I lie down straight,, this pain extends to my abdomen,, what is it and please suggest what should I do to get it recovered,, also what should I eat
