Patient: Female, 27 years

Hi good day, I have my period from 10-15 and 3 days later I started spotting from 19 to present I have mild cramping. I took a pregnancy test on 20th of November and it was negative and last time I was sexually active was 18 of November. Do u know what may cause this problem ?
