Hi, since 3 years i have progressive muscle weakness. Since 2 months when i smile with closed mouth, my upper lip rolls in to the gum, and goes back to normal position after several minutes. My GP and dentist have never seen this before and said it’s related to muscle weakness. What kind of muscle dysfunction is that lip behavior?
