Discussion About Lichen Planus on Private Part

Patient: Male, 29 years

I have allergy on my private part, it begins in July 2024 as Two Ulcers on Private Part. Now increased time by time to almost half private part. Before to go to doctor I tested for STI and FTA, as i had sexual contact 2 years ago.

I visited the doctor and ask about the disease. Doctor Stated it is Lichen Planus. He recommended medication and tube but unfortunately its not working fine. Could someone share best suggestion please?
