Discussion About Stomach related or food poisoning

Patient: Male, 27 years

I drank little sip of cold drink after,i am not feeling well.After that two or three days my stool getting in liquid form.I went to doctor and tell my problem and doctor gave medicine.I am taking medicine regularly through week.But my health is not well.I am feeling weak and loss of appetite.I feel gas in my stomach and small intestine, hardly pass gass.Same situation of stool liquid form.I go toilet once per day.
