Discussion About Stomach pain

Patient: Male, 34 years

My stomach is disturbed, pain, and every 1 or 2 hour strong tendency of bowels movement beyond control but when I sit on the toilet nothing comes out, just few drops of liquid stool, and noises and pain in stomach, don’t want to eat, I maybe got food poisoning causes bacterial infection, for initial few days, fever, and severe pain in back, partial diarrhea but after 6, 7 days, fever is gone, lower back is present but stomach is very week, confusing between constipation and diarrhea, I consumed panadol but stomach is really upset...your thoughts?
