I’m a anemic patient and i have been not been feeling well, i had symptoms like numbness in my hand pinning feeling, my right side is slightly swollen then my left side, i feel tired and fatigue ti do anything my foot hurts, soo I thought maybe my iron level is low soo i went for the complete blood test but my haemoglobin is 12 and now I’m worried what the issue will be or what the reason it could be behind it
